How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
The day you subscribe to Crave is the start of your billing period. For example, if you signed up on the 12th on a monthly plan, your monthly renewal date is the 12th. Your monthly renewal period is the 12th to the 11th.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Since Crave is a pre-paid service, once you cancel, you have access to your subscription until the end of our current billing cycle. For example, if your monthly renewal is on the 15th and you cancel on the 30th, you have access to your subscription until your next renewal. On your next renewal; 15th of the following month, your subscription will automatically cancel.
To avoid future subscription charges, you must cancel prior to the start of your next renewal. If your monthly renewal is the 15th of every month, you must cancel by the 14th of the following month.
This would work the same way if you were on an annual plan but your renewal date would be yearly instead of monthly.
If you signed up directly with Crave and wish to cancel:
- Log into your account on crave.ca
- Go to Manage Account. It can be accessed through the user icon in top right corner of home page
- Click on Subscriptions
- In the top right corner of your subscriptions page, click on Cancel Subscription
- Follow the steps until you see the confirmation page
Note: Cancelling your Crave subscription will also cancel your add-on subscriptions
To cancel an add-on:
- Log into your account on crave.ca
- Go to Manage Account. It can be accessed through the user icon in top right corner of home page
- Click on Subscriptions
- Under each add-on, click on 'Cancel add-On'
- Follow the steps until you see the confirmation page
Note: Cancelling your add-ons will not cancel your Crave subscription. You will continue to be billed for your Crave subscription
If you did not sign up for Crave directly and wish to cancel your subscription:
Participating cable provider:
In order to cancel your subscription, you must contact your provider directly.
If you signed up for Crave through any cable provider, your existing Crave subscription will not automatically cancel. You must cancel your direct subscription once you sign up for Crave through your cable provider.
Participating mobility provider:
In order to cancel your subscription, you must contact your mobility provider directly.
If you signed up for Crave through a mobility provider, your existing Crave subscription will not automatically cancel. You must cancel your direct subscription once you sign up for Crave through your mobility provider.
Apple:
If you signed up for Crave through your Apple account, your Crave subscription must be managed and canceled through your Apple subscriptions. Please go on an iOS device or a computer to manage your subscription.
Roku:
If you signed up for Crave via Roku, cancel your subscription by signing in to your Roku account and managing your subscriptions.
While you can cancel at any time, you cannot pause your subscription
