I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Customers that have subscribed directly through Crave can reset their passwords.

  • Click on 'Sign In' in the top right corner of homepage
  • Click on 'Directly Through Crave'
  • Enter your email address
  • Below the password field form, click on 'Forgot Password?'
  •  Confirm your email is correct then click 'Send'
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link.
  • Enter your new password in both fields and click 'Update Your Password'
  • Login and enjoy Crave!

Customers that have subscribed through their television provider will need to contact their provider here.
