What do I do if I forget my login information?
Forget your password or email address?
Customers who have subscribed directly through Crave, through a mobility provider or via Apple or Roku can reset their passwords directly:
- Click on Sign In in the top right corner of the homepage
- Below the password field form, click on Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Crave account
- Confirm your email is correct then click Send Email (or Continue on the app)
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link
- Enter your new password in both fields and click Update Your Password'
- Login and enjoy Crave!
If you have forgotten your email address (username) you will need to contact Crave at 1-888-CRAVE88 (1-888-272-8388) or fill out the contact form at https://www.crave.ca/en/contact.
Customers that have subscribed through their TV service provider and have forgotten their email or password will need to contact their provider directly:
