What do I do if I forget my login information?

Forget your password or email address?

Customers who have subscribed directly through Crave, through a mobility provider or via Apple or Roku can reset their passwords directly:

  • Click on Sign In in the top right corner of the homepage
  • Below the password field form, click on Forgot Password?
  • Enter the email address associated with your Crave account
  • Confirm your email is correct then click Send Email (or Continue on the app)
  • You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link
  • Enter your new password in both fields and click Update Your Password'
  • Login and enjoy Crave!

If you have forgotten your email address (username) you will need to contact Crave at 1-888-CRAVE88 (1-888-272-8388) or fill out the contact form at https://www.crave.ca/en/contact.
